The Spurgeon Library at William Jewell College

Spurgeon's Library
This room in Curry Library at William Jewell College (near Kansas City) is a replica of Spurgeon's study at Westwood, his personal residence. At Spurgeon's death, the library contained more than 12,000 volumes. The majority of these were acquired by William Jewell College and were kept on display until they were sold in 2006. Even the light fixtures are modeled on the furnishings in Spurgeon's Victorian home.
